# How do I change my credit card on file?
## Update, remove, or add a new credit card on your file securely.
You can add, replace, or update a credit card directly through your Jane account on the Shift Collab booking site. Jane does not allow editing a card in place — to update a card, add the new card and remove the old one.
### Add a new credit card
1. Log in to your \*\*My Account\*\* from the Shift Collab booking site.
2. Select \*\*Credit Cards on File\*\*.
3. Select \*\*Add New Card\*\*.
4. Enter your card details.
5. Select \*\*Save Credit Card\*\*.
### Removing an old card
If you have more than one card saved:
1. Open \*\*My Account\*\*.
2. Select \*\*Credit Cards on File\*\*.
3. Select \*\*Delete\*\* beside the card you want to remove.
4. Select \*\*OK\*\* to confirm.
If you only have one card on file, you may not be able to remove it yourself — a card may be required for online booking or to satisfy our cancellation policy. If you need that card removed, contact the Shift Collab Care Team for help.
### Can’t see these options?
Card management options are only available when the clinic has Jane Payments enabled. Make sure you’re signed in to the correct Jane account associated with Shift Collab. If you still can’t add or replace your card, contact the Shift Collab Care Team before your next appointment so we can help.
