Between now and September 25, 2026, refer a friend to Shift Collab and get $100 in credit when they complete their first session.
The offer
Refer a friend with your personal link. If they are new to Shift Collab, complete our matching questionnaire by Friday, September 25, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET, and complete their first paid session (their Initial Session) by Tuesday, September 30, 2026, you both get $100 in session credit.
You can refer even if you’re not currently an active client.

About the credit

How it works
- Share your referral link from shiftcollab.com/refer-a-friend.
- Your friend opens your link and finishes the matching questionnaire by Friday, September 25, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET.
- They book and attend their Initial Session (paid) by September 30, 2026.
- Once that Initial Session is completed, we add $100 to their account and $100 to yours.
Who’s eligible
- Friend: New clients only (not someone who already has a Shift Collab client account / has already been a client).
- Referrer: Anyone with a referral link. Active-client status is not required.
What counts
- The friend must start through your referral link (not a general Shift Collab URL).
- Matching must be fully completed by the Sept 25 deadline (they receive therapist recommendations).
- The Initial Session must be a paid session, completed (attended) on or before Sept 30.
- One credit pair per referred friend who qualifies.
What doesn’t count
- Referring someone who is already a Shift Collab client
- Matching started or finished after Sept 25, 11:59 pm ET
- Matching completed without using your link
- An Initial Session booked after Sept 30, or one that is cancelled, no-showed, or never paid
- An Initial Session completed after Sept 30 (even if matching was on time)
- Referring yourself, or duplicate / fake accounts
