# What’s our Fit Guarantee and how does it work?

## If you don't quite connect with your first therapist, that's totally okay! We will provide one free session with a new match

## What is the Fit Guarantee?

 The Fit Guarantee means that if you’re not 100% happy with your therapist within 30 days of your first session, we’ll rematch you and provide a complimentary session with another therapist.

## How do I qualify for the Fit Guarantee?

 To qualify for the Fit Guarantee, contact our Care Team within 30 days of your first session using one of the options below:
