# Are you a crisis line or distress centre?

## No. Shift Collab is not a crisis line. We provide regularly scheduled therapy appointments with RSWs and RPs, not immediate or emergency support.

If you're having suicidal thoughts, don't feel safe, or need support right now, please contact one of the following:

- **911** — for immediate emergencies
- **Nearest emergency department** — walk in for urgent care
- **988: Suicide Crisis Helpline** — available 24/7 by call or text at 9-8-8
- **Crisis Services Canada** — call or text 1-833-456-4566
