# How do I book an appointment?

## You can book an appointment directly with our Care Team, or through our online booking platform!

If you are a new client, we recommend connecting with our Care Team. They specialize in finding the perfect therapist match, and can answer any questions you might have about starting therapy.

**New to Shift Collab? Here's how to get started:**

 Complete our [***Matching Questionnaire***](https://www.shiftcollab.com/get-matched)  and you will get some instant matches that you can book with immediately. Our Care Team will also review and check-in with you. 

There are also several other ways to schedule an appointment with us:

- Call us at 1 (800) 661-8681 to speak with a member of our Care Team
