# How much does each session cost?
## Our rates depend on the session type and the seniority of the therapist.
Therapy is a regulated healthcare profession with standards for rates, best practices of care, and booking policies. We believe in the return on investment of therapy, and that means fair rates as well as reasonable policies to ensure your success.
We offer a variety of price points here at our clinic to meet your needs:
- **Individual sessions** range from $165 to $200 per 50-minute session
- **Adolescent sessions (12+)** range from $165 to $200 per 50-minute session
- **Couples sessions** range from $180 to $220 per 50-minute session, and $270 to $330 for an 80-minute initial assessment
- **Family sessions** range from $200 to $240 per 50-minute session, and $300 to $360 for an 80-minute initial assessment
- **Student sessions** **(postsecondary students)** are $130 per 50-minute session.
Our services are often covered by your extended health benefits plan. We collect payment at the time of your appointment and provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
