We are a 100% virtual company and only offer online sessions.
At Shift Collab, all therapy sessions are currently offered virtually. This means your therapist will meet with you through secure video or telephone sessions, rather than in person.
The good news is that research consistently shows virtual therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy. Many clients also find it more convenient, since you can connect with your therapist from the comfort of your own home.
We know finding a private space for therapy isn’t always easy. If that’s something you’re worried about, our Care Team is happy to help you think through options.

- Take a walk while having a phone session (“walk and talk” therapy)
- Join their session from a parked car
- Find a quiet outdoor space or another private location
- Using headphones can also help make conversations feel more private.
