Our therapists understand that starting therapy can be daunting, and they’re here to make the beginning of your therapy journey clear and comfortable. People are often hesitant about starting therapy mainly due to the uncertainty of the therapy process and what it looks like. We totally get it! Thinking about being vulnerable with a complete stranger can feel a little, well, strange.
Before your first appointment, we'll email you a link to create your account as well as a link to an intake form in our secure booking system, Jane. Please kindly have this form completed prior to your session! This form gives the therapist an idea of what support you need and allows you to get the most out of your session.
