What if I need to cancel my session?

A full 24 hours notice is required to cancel any an appointment.

We require a full 24 hours' notice for any scheduling changes made to your appointment. If you are outside the 24 hour window, feel free to sign into your Jane account to make any adjustments. There is no fee or penalty if you are scheduling with more than 24 hours of notice. 

Any changes within 24 hours of your appointment is subject to a cancellation fee of your therapist’s full session rate. Please note that this policy includes no-shows and rescheduling. We do this to be fair to the therapist and to other clients, as the time was set aside specifically for you.
