What if I need to cancel my session?

A full 48 hours notice is required to make any changes to an appointment.

We require a full 48 hours' notice for any scheduling changes made to your appointment. If you are outside the 48 hour policy, feel free to sign into your Jane account HERE, to make any adjustments.

 

Any changes within 48 hours is subject to a cancellation fee of the full session rate. Please note that this policy includes no-shows and rescheduling. We do this to be fair to the therapist and to other clients.
