# Where are you located?
## We are a virtual therapy practice operating across Canada.
**Our location and mailing address**
Shift Collab is based in Toronto, Ontario, with team members across the country. Our mailing address is 545 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario M5V 1M1. It's a virtual office. Our whole team works remotely, so there's no physical location to visit.
**Using our address for insurance claims**
If your insurer asks for a mailing address, use this one:

This is a virtual office address only. No one from our team is on site there.
