We pride ourselves on being hyper-responsive to our clients' needs. We can understand that finding a therapist can be a lengthy process, and it’s our top priority to provide seamless, time-sensitive, and accessible support. Our Care Team typically responds to all inquiries and Matching Questionnaires within 24 hours, and we’re able to chat right away through our Live Chat or by telephone at 1 (800) 661-8681.

Our clinic hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, and Saturday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST.

We’re focused on relationships, not transactions.

We match each client with a therapist based on their personality and needs. We offer a free 15-minute Meet & Greet to ensure a good fit. All care programs are customized to meet your needs.

We believe care doesn’t stop at the end of a session.

We’re here to make your wellness journey accessible outside of therapy, too. We host a variety of Free Workshops and Events that we’d love for you to attend! We also have plenty of Blog Posts written by our therapists all about navigating common therapy topics. We even have a closed Facebook group called Beyond the Session where you can connect with like-minded individuals, gain free resources, and build a community.
